ABOUT Cheesy Dip with a Twist RECIPE

The art of making a dip has developed recently when people got tired of using the conventional sauces. Initially there was an unknown fear to try something new, but now chefs have started increasing their experiments and come out with some excellent innovative stuff. Here is one such dip which I am sure will make you smile after you taste it. I am giving a recipe which one nd all can try with many variations to suit their individual taste buds.

Ingredients Serving: 5

  1. Hung Curd 200 gms
  2. Cheese Spread 100 Gms
  3. Butter 50 gms
  4. Mustard Oil 1 Tbsp
  5. Yellow mustard powder 1 Tsp
  6. Very Finely chopped Onions 1 Tbsp
  7. Very finely chopped Garlic 1 Tbsp
  8. Very Finely chopped Celery 1 Tbsp
  9. salt as needed
  10. pepper as needed
  11. Chaat Masala As needed

Instructions

  1. Take the best Hung curd possible keeping it overnight (close to 10 hours), add the cheese spread along with the mustard powder and mustard oil to it and whisk gently.
  2. You start Smiling as you do it.
  3. Add the Butter and whisk till it all blends together really well.
  4. Increase the smile on your face as you see it blending together.
  5. Add other ingredients and keep mixing and ensure they are spread well and become homogeneous.
  6. You will now have a broad smile on your face.
  7. Add the salt and pepper as per taste and bring it to the desired level you prefer.
  8. You are now the happiest person on Planet Earth with a Big broad smile of satisfaction.
  9. You can add any variation to it by adding fine chopped parsley/coriander. Alternatively add some dry Basil and thyme.
  10. Serve with Potato Wedges, French fries, all types of Airfryed Potato delicacies or even Pita breads...Serve as much as you want..and serve it with a smile to get back one.
