Ingredients Serving: 10

  1. Singhade ka aata... 1cup
  2. Rosted peanut powder... 1cup
  3. Sugar... 1cup
  4. Milk.... 1/2cup or as required
  5. Ghee.... 3tsp

Instructions

  1. Take 2 tsp ghee in a pan and roast Singhade aata mix on low flame for 5 minutes .
  2. Take sugar in a pan and roast on low flamefor 1 minute. powder It on cooling.
  3. Mix Roasted aata, Roasted sugar and Roasted peanut in a bowl.
  4. Add milk to this mixture and make a dough .
  5. Add one tsp ghee and make a smooth dough .
  6. Now give desired shape or can make ladoos also.
