Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. 1 cup water chestnuts flour
  2. 2 potatoes boiled
  3. 1 cup roasted peanuts
  4. 1 teaspoon red chilli powder
  5. 1 teaspoon Roasted cumin powder
  6. 1 tablespoon poppy seeds
  7. Rock salt as per taste
  8. 4 tablespoons oil
  9. Handful of Coriander leaves

Instructions

  1. Firstly peeled the potatoes and mashed it.
  2. Then put water chestnuts flour in bowl.
  3. Add potatoes, red chili powder, rock salt and knead it nicely and make dough.
  4. Then take peanuts and put in grinder and crushed it, not make powder.
  5. Take bowl put peanuts, rock salt, red chili powder and mix it nicely.
  6. Then take Puri size dough put fillings in the center and give the shapes like Potli.
  7. Then roll all Potlis in Poppy seeds
  8. Make all Potlis like this.
  9. Then take kadhai put oil heat it.
  10. Now all Potlis deep fry in it.
  11. Garnish with coriander leaves.
