A very famous Indo-Chinese appetiser that is famous World over for it's soft and melt in mouth texture. These are steamed as well as fried. Steamed version is a better one and more healthier too. Any of your favourite stuffing can be used in making them. Chicken momos are my family's favourite. Happy Frying !!!!!!!!!!

Add oil, salt, flour to a bowl and knead a smooth dough using water as needed. Use of water depends upon the quality of the flour.
Keep aside until chicken mix gets ready.
In a pressure cooker, add oil and ginger garlic mince along with chicken and pressure cook it for 3-4 whistles.
Let the pressure settle down and then shred it.
To this add other ingredients and mix well. The stuffing is ready now.
Now the time for making the momos. Divide the dough into small medium sized balls and start rolling into discs.
Place a tablespoon of this filling in the centre of the disc and bring all the edges together to the centre making small tight pleats.
Pinch and twist the pleats to ensure that they are tightly closed. Steam them in a steamer for 15-20 minutes.
Serve these super soft and fluffy momos with momos chutney or chilli garlic sauce.
