ABOUT Chicken momos RECIPE

Simple and flavourful minced chicken mixture enclosed in flour dough and steamed!!

Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Chicken boneless 250 gm
  2. Ginger garlic paste 1 tsp
  3. Coriander leaves 1 sprig
  4. Crushed pepper corns 1/2 tsp
  5. Green chilly paste 2 tsp
  6. Salt to taste
  7. For outer
  8. Maida 1 Cup
  9. Oil 1 tsp
  10. Salt 1 tsp

Instructions

  1. In a grinder take chicken, coriander leaves, salt, Ginger garlic paste, crushed pepper corns ,green chilly paste and grind to a fine paste. Keep for 1 hour.
  2. In a bowl add maida, salt, oil and knead soft dough, cover and let rest for 20 minutes.
  3. Now take small portion of dough and roll it like small puri, put 2 tsp stuffing in and fold like momos
  4. Heat non stick kadai ad 1 tbsp oil, arrange momos, cover and cook for 10 minutes on law flame, in between flip the sides.
  5. After 10 minutes ad a cup of water and again cook for 10 minutes till water absorbed.
  6. Momos are ready to serve.
