ABOUT instant bread medu vada RECIPE

Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. 1 cup fresh bread crumbs
  2. 1/4 cup rice flour
  3. 1 tbsp semolina
  4. 1/2 cup curd
  5. 1 small onion finely chopped
  6. 1 green chili finely chopped
  7. 1/2 tsp ginger finely chopped
  8. 4-5 curry leaves finely chopped
  9. salt to taste
  10. oil for deep frying

Instructions

  1. in a bowl add all the ingrediants one by one except oil and mix well to make a dough
  2. damp your palm and make small balls from the dough
  3. gently press to flatten
  4. then slowly create a hole in the centre
  5. prepare all in the same way
  6. heat oil in a kadai and deep fry the vadas on medium flame
  7. fry on both sides till they turn golden brown
  8. remove from oil and serve hot
