Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. Wheat flour 1 cup
  2. Chickpea flour 1 tsp
  3. Salt to taste
  4. Turmeric powder
  5. Water as required
  6. Oil for frying
  7. Water as required

Instructions

  1. Take a wheat flour and chickpea flour .
  2. Mix well. Add salt,turmeric powder and 1 spoon oil.
  3. Knead a dough with water.
  4. Rest for 15 minutes.
  5. Then make a puri.
  6. And fry it in oil.
  7. Serve hot.
