Heat ghee in a deep pan. Add wheat flour and roast till a nice aroma comes. Add gram flour and roast it too. Add semolina and roast it for a few more minutes.
Heat water and add jaggery and melt. Add hot water to make a syrup. Add it to the mixed roasted flours and mix. Add chopped nuts, cardamom powder and saffron. Turn the gas off and take it out in a serving bowl .
Garnish with almonds and serve hot.
