ABOUT fried momos RECIPE

Momos have become so famous, so here is another delicious version of the same, fried momos to be served for snacks.

Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. 1/2 cup maida
  2. 1 tsp oil
  3. 1 tsp salt
  4. 1/4 cup minced cabbage
  5. 2 tbsp minced carrot
  6. 1 tbsp onion minced
  7. 1 green chilli finely chopped
  8. 1 tsp soya sauce
  9. 1/2 tbs chilli sauce
  10. salt to taste
  11. 1 tsp pepper powder
  12. oil for frying
  13. 1 tbsp oil

Instructions

  1. take a bow add flour oil salt add water little by little to make a soft dough cover and keep aside for 20 minutes
  2. wash and mince carrot cabbage keep aside chop the onion in to fine
  3. heat the pan add oil when oil is hot add onion stir then add ginger garlic paste stir until raw smell evaporates then add minced carrot salt stir now add green chilli and cabbage mix well
  4. now add pepper powder soya sauce chilli sauce mix well cook for 2 minutes switch off the flame keep aside to cool
  5. now roll the dough and give the shape of your choice I learnt through internet I tried my best fill the stuffing keep ready to fry
  6. heat the pan add enough oil when oil is hot slide the ready momos fry on a medium flame until it brown in color remove and keep this on paper kitchen towel serve with ketchup yummy fried momos is ready thank you happy cooking
