Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Fried Soya momos 6-7
  2. Chopped garlic cloves 3
  3. 2 Chopped Green chilies
  4. 1 Capsicum diced
  5. 1 onion diced
  6. Salt 1/2 tsp
  7. 1 tbsp corn flour
  8. Tomato ketchup 2 tbsp
  9. Dark soy sauce 1/2 tsp
  10. Vinegar 1 tsp
  11. Red chili sauce 1 - 2 tsp
  12. Red chili powder 1/2 tsp
  13. Chopped Coriander leaves - 2 tbsp
  14. Sesame oil 2 tbsp

Instructions

  1. Heat oil in a wok,add chopped garlic and saute on medium flame until aromatic
  2. Add chopped green chilies , diced capsicum, diced onion, and saute on medium heat until tender yet crunchy
  3. In a small bowl, add corn flour with water and make smooth slurry
  4. Add the slurry , sauces, vinegar , salt , red chili powder and mix them well . Add 2/3 cup water and bring to boil on medium heat
  5. Once the gravy starts thickening, add fried momos and cook for 1 minute on medium flame
  6. Add coriander leaves and mix well. Serve hot
