Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. 1 cup boiled n drained soya chunks
  2. 1 large onion sliced
  3. 1 capsicum sliced
  4. 4 cloves garlic chopped finely
  5. 2 Green chillies slit
  6. Sugar 1/2 tsp
  7. Ginger garlic paste 2 tsp
  8. Green chili sauce 2 tsp
  9. Red chilli sauce 2 tsp
  10. Soy Sauce 1tsp
  11. Salt to taste
  12. Vinegar 1 tsp
  13. CORN FLOUR 1 TBSP

Instructions

  1. Marinate the soya chunks with 1 tsp.ginger garlic paste, 1 tsp green chilli sauce , salt n corn flour
  2. Heat oil in pan. Fry marinated soya chunks till crisp n brown. Remove and keep aside
  3. In the remaining oil.. add ginger garlic paste and saute for few sec
  4. Add onion and saute till soft
  5. Add capsicum and garlic. Saute well
  6. Add all.the sauces ans mix well
  7. Add fried soya chunks mix well
  8. Check seasoning if needed add salt.
  9. Serve hot
