Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. Chopped bottle gourd : 1 cup
  2. Onion : 1
  3. Tomato : 1
  4. Ginger garlic paste : 1 tsp
  5. Salt
  6. Oil
  7. Cloves : 2
  8. Cardamom : 1
  9. Cinnamon : 1
  10. Fennel seeds : 1/2 tsp
  11. Chilli powder : 1 tsp
  12. Garam masala : 1/2 tsp
  13. Coconut paste : 3 tsp
  14. Coriander leaves

Instructions

  1. Heat oil in a pressure cooker add fennel seeds, cloves, cardamom, cinnamon, onion and saute it
  2. Add tomato salt and saute for 1 min
  3. Add chilli powder, garam masala and saute for 30 sec
  4. Add chopped bottle gourd, required water and cover it
  5. Cook for 8 - 10 min on medium flame
  6. Then add coconut paste, coriander leaves and cook for 2 mins
