Heat desi ghee with the help of piping bag make round shape jalebis in ghee. Cook it from both sides till slightly crisp. Put it immediately in sugar syrup. Keep it immersed for 3-4 minutes.
For rabri: Heat in pan, both barfi and milk. Cook till it gets thick.
Garnish with pistachios and serve with rabri.
