Heat oil and add green chilli. Add onion and saute till soft. Add tomatoes and saute till they are soft.
Add the turmeric powder, garam masala powder, ginger garlic paste and salt. Saute well.
Next add the green peas, potatoes and coconut. Add about 1 and 1/2 cup water. Cover and cook till done on slow fire.
Garnish with chopped coriander and serve hot with rotis or phulkas.
