Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. 2 cup soaked n boiled black chana.
  2. 2 onions.
  3. 4 tomatoes.
  4. 1tbs gng paste.
  5. Salt.
  6. 1/4tsp red chilli powder.
  7. 1/4tsp cumin seeds.
  8. 1/4tsp turmeric powder.
  9. 1/2tsp chana masala.

Instructions

  1. Heat oil in a cooker.
  2. Add cumin seeds.
  3. Add fine chopp onion.
  4. Add gng paste.
  5. Add fresh tomato pury.
  6. Add salt n all masalas.
  7. Nw put chana without water
  8. Cook in masala.
  9. Nw add chana water.
  10. Cook till 4 whistle.
  11. Serve with rice.
