Ingredients Serving: 5

  1. Banana stem
  2. Moong dal - 1 cup
  3. Grated coconut - 1 cup
  4. Jeera Powder - 1/2 tsp
  5. Daniya - 1/2 tsp
  6. Dry red chilli - 5
  7. Methi seeds - 1/2tsp
  8. Tamarind
  9. Termaric powder - 1/2tsp
  10. Garlic - 5
  11. oil
  12. Salt
  13. Water

Instructions

  1. Boil banana stem and moong dal together
  2. Fry coconut, tamarind, termaric powder, jeera, coriander seeds, meethi seeds, daniya seeds, red chilli
  3. Add to above boiled mixture
  4. Now in another small pan Fry mustard seed and garlic and jeera
  5. Add on the prepared sambar
  6. Curry is Ready to serve with rice
