Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. banana stem 1 cup
  2. moong dhal 1/2 cup
  3. dried chilli 2
  4. salt

Instructions

  1. cut the stem and put in buttermilk so that it won’t turn black
  2. in a pan take water. add the dhal. boil till it is half cooked.
  3. another pan add oil. add mustard seeds dried chilli curry leaves and add the banana stem boiled dhal.
  4. fry them well till everything is cooked. garnish with coconut and serve hot.
