Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Idli rice 1 cup
  2. Grated Coconut 1/2 cup
  3. Sugar 1/4 cup
  4. Ghee 1 tsp
  5. Cardamom powder 1 tsp (optional)

Instructions

  1. Soak idli rice for 1 hr.grind it well using little water
  2. In bowl add idli rice,salt,sugar and grated coconut and cardamom powder
  3. Mix well.check sugar.
  4. Now In plate grease ghee and pour this sweet batter.
  5. In idli maker place the plate .steam it for 10-15 min.check with toothpick.
  6. Now divide it using knife and serve it hot.
