Ingredients Serving: 8

  1. for Milkmaid Rabri:
  2. 100 ml Nestle Milkmaid Sweetened Condensed Milk
  3. 100 gm paneer
  4. 150 ml milk
  5. 1 tablespoon all purpose flour/maida
  6. 1/2 teaspoon ground green cardamom powder
  7. 2 tablespoon mixed chopped dry fruits
  8. For Sugar Syrup:
  9. 2 cups of water
  10. 1.5 cups of sugar
  11. for malpua:
  12. 1 Cup water
  13. 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
  14. 50 gm paneer
  15. sufficient ghee for shallow frying
  16. 4 tablespoon Rava/semolina
  17. 50 gm all purpose flour/maida
  18. 200ml Nestle Milkmaid sweetened condensed milk

Instructions

  1. Rabri preparation:
  2. Crumble paneer coarsely.
  3. Make a paste of maida with 3 to 4 tbsp. milk.
  4. Combine NESTLÉ MILKMAID Sweetened Condensed Milk and the rest of milk and bring to a boil.
  5. Add maida paste to milk stirring continuously.
  6. Reduce flame and cook for 5 minutes.
  7. Add chopped nuts, paneer and elaichi powder
  8. Remove from heat. Cool and refrigerate before serving
  9. Malpua preparation:
  10. Put sugar and water in a pan and bring to a boil until a stringy consistency,Keep aside.
  11. Combine NESTLÉ MILKMAID Sweetened Condensed Milk, sooji, maida, water and baking powder
  12. Mix well and leave for 10-15 mins.
  13. Crumble paneer very finely and add to the above mixture.
  14. mix everything well
  15. Heat ghee in a flat frying pan for shallow frying
  16. Pour 1 small ladle of batter to make a small, flat malpua about size of a pancake in diameter.
  17. Fry till both sides get evenly browned.
  18. Remove and soak in syrup for ½ minute.
  19. Remove from syrup. Arrange on a shallow plate. Top with rabri and nuts and serve hot.
