Dry malpuas look lovely!
For rabri :
Boil milk and sugar. Stir continuously until it reduces to half the volume and becomes thick. Let this cool down and then refrigerate
For malpua :
Mix all the ingredients and rest it for 30 mins.
Heat ghee or oil,pour the batter and fry on medium heat until golden brown.
Serve malpua and pour Rabdi over it.
