Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. Prawn : ¼ kg
  2. Salt
  3. Curry leaves
  4. Sesame oil : 3 tsp
  5. Mustard seeds : ½ tsp
  6. Small onion : 5
  7. Garlic : 10
  8. Tomato : 1
  9. Green Chilli : 2
  10. Turmeric powder : ½ tsp
  11. Chilli powder : 1 tsp
  12. Coriander powder : 1 tsp
  13. For coconut paste :
  14. Grated coconut : 5 tsp
  15. Fennel seeds : 1 tsp

Instructions

  1. Wash  and clean the prawns and crush  the garlic keep aside
  2. Heat oil in a pan add mustard seed, curry leaves, small onion, tomato and crushed garlic and saute for 2 min
  3. Add chilli powder, coriander powder, turmeric powder, salt and cook for 1 min
  4. Add prawn and required water and cook for 10 - 15 min on medium flame
  5. Add coconut paste and cook for 5 more min. Add coriander leaves
