Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. Dry fish - 4 pc
  2. Mustard seeds
  3. Gingelly oil : 3 tsp
  4. Salt
  5. Small onion : 15
  6. Grated Coconut : 3 tep
  7. Tomato 1
  8. Garlic 10
  9. Drumstick 1
  10. Brinjal 1
  11. Fenugreek  ½ tsp
  12. Chilli powder 1 tsp
  13. Coriander powder 1 tsp
  14. Tamarind : small size
  15. Turmeric powder ½ tsp
  16. Curry leaves

Instructions

  1. Clean the dry fish and aside. Grind coconut, small onion (4)  and keep aside.
  2. Heat oil in a pan, add mustard seed, fenugreek and curry leaves.
  3. Let them crackle for a minute and add tomato, brinjal, drumstick, garlic and saute for 5 minutes.
  4. Add turmeric powder, Chilli powder, Coriander powder and keep saute for 2 min.
  5. Add tamarind water and cook for 15 min.
  6. Add tamarind water and cook for 15 min.
  7. Add dry fish and cook for 5 min.
  8. Add coconut paste and cook for 2 min. Add curry leaves
