Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. Wonder berry : 1 tsp
  2. Turkey Berry : 1 tsp
  3. Mustard seeds
  4. Sesame oil
  5. Salt
  6. Small onion 8
  7. Garlic 10
  8. Curry leaves
  9. Fenugreek : ½ tsp
  10. Chilli powder : 1 tsp
  11. Coriander powder : 1 tsp
  12. Tamarind : small size
  13. Turmeric powder : ½ tsp
  14. Asafodita : 1 pinch

Instructions

  1. Heat oil in a pan, add mustard seed, fenugreek  and curry leaves.
  2. Let them crackle for a minute and add Onion, Garlic and saute for 3-5 minutes.
  3. Add wonder berry, turkey berry, turmeric powder, Chilli powder, Coriander powder and keep saute for 2 min.
  4. Add salt, required water, tamarind water and cook for 15 min.
  5. Add asafodita and switch off the flame
