Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Puffed Rice - 500 / 800 gm
  2. Peanuts - 1/4th Cup
  3. Chutney Dal - little less than 1/4th Cup
  4. Curry Leaves - Handful
  5. Turmeric - a pinch
  6. Garlic - a small Pod
  7. Salt - to taste
  8. Oil - 4 tbsp
  9. Sambar / Chilli Powder - tbsp
  10. Curd Chillies - 4/5

Instructions

  1. Heat up a big wok, add the oil and let it heat up.
  2. Add in the peanuts and roast them.
  3. Add in the chutney dal and roast them as well.
  4. Now goes the Curry leaves, crushed garlic, fried curd chillies, turmeric , sambar / chilli powder and salt.
  5. Mix them thoroughly. For almost 3 minutes.
  6. Add in the puffed rice and give a nice roast by further seasoning all for 3 more minutes.
  7. Serve hot.
