Vegetable balls are shallow fried and added to red gravy made of red capsicum,tomato and carrot . Gravy was a new fusion trial and tasted great..

For vegetable balls :
potato -1
Sweet potato-1
Green peas -1/4 cup
Green Capsicum -1/4 cup
Garam masala -1/2 teaspoon
Chilli powder-1/2 teaspoon
Pepper powder -1/2 teaspoon
Lemon juice-1 teaspoon
Corn flour-2 teaspoon
FOR GRAVY:
Chopped Red capsicum-2
chopped tomato-2
Grated carrot-1
Onion-1
Green Chilli-1
Ginger garlic paste -1 table spoon
Cinnamon-1 stick
Cardomom-2
Bay leaf -1
Jeera -1 teaspoon
Chilli powder-1 teaspoon
Coriander powder-1 teaspoon
garam masala-1/2 teaspoon
Salt to taste
milk -1/4 cup
Kasuri methi -1/2 teaspoon
oil for shallow fry
Instructions
Pressure cook potato, sweet potato,green peas for two whistles.
Add all other ingredients given under vegetable balls and mix them well.
Make balls and shallow fry them .Keep aside
In a kadai add two tablespoons of oil and fry onion, ginger garlic paste,tomato,red capsicum, carrots for about five minutes and grind into fine paste
In dame kadai ,add a spoon of oil and add cardamom Cinnamon bay leaf , elachi and jeera .Then add the ground paste along with all spice powder given under gravy and fry until oil leaves sides of pan
Add milk now and allow to boil.
Drop in the vegetable balls and switch off the flame.add kasuri methi to garnish.
