Ingredients Serving: 3

  1. Medjool dates 200 gram, pitted
  2. Hazelnuts 100 grams
  3. Dried Cranberries 50 grams
  4. Coconut Oil 2 tablespoons or more depending on the moisture in dates
  5. Cocoa powder 2 tablespoons
  6. Dried mix berries powder 2-3 tablespoons for coating the balls

Instructions

  1. Add all dates + hazelnuts + 1 tablespoon coconut oil + dried cranberries + cocoa powder to a blender jar.
  2. Blend until the mixture is uniformly coarse.
  3. Add coconut oil to the ingredients and blend until it is nice and smooth. You may need more oil to form balls so check by taking the mixture and pressing it with your palm to see if it forms a lump. If it is too dry add more coconut oil.
  4. Make tiny bite size balls of the entire mixture.
  5. Spread dried berries powder in a plate and coat each ball with berries powder.
  6. Optional: If you don't find ready made berries powder, you can dehydrate berries and blend them into powder form.
