Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. Oil : 2 tsp
  2. Salt
  3. White kidney beans : 1 cup
  4. Onion : 1
  5. Tomato : 1
  6. Ginger garlic paste : 1 tsp
  7. Cinnamon
  8. Fennel seeds : 1/2 tsp
  9. Curry leaves
  10. Chilli powder : 1 tsp
  11. Garam masala : 1/2 tsp
  12. Grated coconut : 3 tsp

Instructions

  1. Heat 1 tsp oil in a pan add cinnamon, onion, tomato, ginger garlic paste saute for 1 min
  2. Add chilli powder, garam masala , salt and cook for 2 min
  3. Cool and grind it
  4. Pressure cook the beans for 5 min on medium flame
  5. Heat 1 tsp oil in a pan add Fennel seeds, curry leaves and grounded paste saute for 1 min
  6. Add cooked beans and cook for 1 min
  7. Add coconut paste and cook for 1 min
  8. Add coriander leaves
