Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. 1 finely chopped Cabbage
  2. 2 grated carrot
  3. 1 grated cucumber
  4. 4 finely chopped beans
  5. 1/2 grated cauliflower
  6. 2 finely chopped onion
  7. 4 cloves of garlic
  8. Salt to taste
  9. Vinegar 1 tsp
  10. Tomato ketchup 2 tbsp
  11. Soya sauce 1 tsp
  12. Red chilli powder 1 tsp
  13. Corn flour 4 tbsp { 2 tbsp for manchurian and 2 tbsp for gravy}
  14. All purpose flour 1/4 cup
  15. 2 tbsp oil for gravy
  16. Sufficient Oil for frying

Instructions

  1. Firstly take a bowl add cabbage, onion, carrot, cucumber and 1/2 tsp salt in it and tgen keep it aside for 20 minutes
  2. After 20 minutes squeeze out the water from vegetables and put them in another bowl. Take out 2 tbsp vegetables in a bowl which will use it in gravy.
  3. Now in the remaining vegetables add all purpose flour,2 tbsp corn flour and prepare a dough .
  4. Now make balls of it and fry these balls in a medium hot oil on a medium flame until balls become crispy
  5. Now taje a wok or pan . Add oil in it and let it heat.when oil is hot then add chopped garlic and green chillies in it and saite them for a while .
  6. now add vegetables in wok and saite them on medium flame for 2 minutes. Meanwhile let's prepare slury . For slury , add 2 tbsp corn flour and water in small bowl and mix them well
  7. After 2 minutes, add slury in the wok and then add red chilli powder soya sauce, vinegar , tomato ketchup, add 1/2 cup water and cook them for 2 minutes on medium flame
  8. After 2 minutes add fried manchurian in it ,mix it ,turn off the flame and serve it hot by garnishing with ginger Julians
