Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. 1 capsicum chopped
  2. 2 carrots grated
  3. 1 cup grated cabbage
  4. 1 onion chopped
  5. 8 french beans chopped
  6. Maida 4 tbsp
  7. Salt 1 tsp
  8. 2 packets of ching's hot and sour soup
  9. 1 tbsp oil
  10. 1 tsp ginger-garlic paste
  11. 4 tbsp tomato ketchup
  12. 1 cup green part of spring onion chopped
  13. Oil for frying

Instructions

  1. Mix all the chopped vegetables except the spring onions ,maida, salt and make a soft dough.
  2. Now divide them in 12 balls and deep fry in hot oil. Mix in chings soup with 1 and a 1/2 cup of water.
  3. In a wok, put 1 tbsp oil to heat and add ginger garlic paste to saute. Add the soup mix, stir and let it boil.
  4. Next add tomato ketchup and 1 tsp of sugar. Now add the balls into the sauce and coat them properly with the sauce.
  5. Garnish with springs onion and serve it hot.
