ABOUT Raw Plantain paneer tikkis RECIPE

Vrat food include several delicious snacks one of them are these awesome light raw plantain paneer tikkis.

Ingredients Serving: 6

  1. 1 cup peeled cubed raw plantain
  2. 1 tsp ginger paste
  3. 1 tsp green chillies paste or finely chopped green chillies.
  4. Rock salt as per taste ( sendha namak)
  5. 1/2 cup finely crumbled home made paneer
  6. 3 tsp roughly broken roasted peanuts.
  7. . oil for roasting on a pan. .
  8. 2 tsp rajgira flour to coat the tikkis before pan frying.

Instructions

  1. In a bowl add the mashed cooked raw plantain pieces, add the crumbled paneer and other ingredients except rajgira flour.
  2. Make a smooth light dough of it..Shape in to round tikkis. Dip , roll it the flour to coat lightly.
  3. . keep a tava ready , heat it to medium and place the round tikkis around , add oil around edges, flip when the sides turn brown and crisp.
  4. Serve hot with green coriander chutney or sweet vrat chutney.
