Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. Raw plantain 1
  2. Oats 4 table spoons
  3. Rice flour 3 table spoons
  4. Salt as per taste
  5. Ginger- garlic paste half tea spoon
  6. Chilli powder 1 spoon
  7. Green chilli 1
  8. Garam masala half tea spoon
  9. Coriander powder half tea spoon
  10. Chat masala 1 tea spoon
  11. Cumin powder half tea spoon

Instructions

  1. Cut plantain into 2 pieces and pressure cook it for 1 whistle.
  2. Remove the peel and mash it in a bowl.
  3. Add all the ingredients as mentioned and make it into dough dough by mixing with hand.
  4. With the help of ur hand make small patties and shallow fry on tawa for 15 min thats it!

I don't have rice flour..can I use plain flour?
