  1. Carrot chopped 2 cup
  2. Mustard seeds 1/4 spoon
  3. Cumin seeds 1/4 spoon
  4. Curry leaves 10-12
  5. Salt to taste
  6. Turmeric powder 1/2 spoon

Instructions

  1. Take a pan.
  2. Add oil .Add mustard seeds. Curry leaves.
  3. Then add carrot.
  4. Heat it.
  5. After add turmeric powder and salt.
