Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. 4-5 carrot / 2 cup grated carrot
  2. 1/2 cup Sugar
  3. 1/2 cup chopped cashews and almond
  4. 2 tbsp clarified butter

Instructions

  1. Wash and grate all the carrots.
  2. Heat a pan, add clarified butter, roast some cashews for garnish and remove on a plate.
  3. Now, add grated carrots and cook for 10 minutes in sim flame.
  4. Now, add milk and cook 15-20 minutes. When the halwa becomes thik then add sugar and chopped cashews and almonds.
  5. Cook 5 minutes more. Carrot halwa is ready, garnish with roasted cashews.
