Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. Bread pieces-6
  2. Chopped tomatoes- 1/2 cup
  3. Chopped Cabbage-1 cup
  4. Chopped carrot- 1/2 cup
  5. Chopped capsicum - 1/2 cup
  6. salt as per taste
  7. Red chilli powder -1/2 tea spoon
  8. Chat masala-1/2 tea spoon
  9. Chilli flakes- 1/2 tea spoon
  10. Origano -1 tea spoon
  11. Grated Mozrilla cheese- 1 cup
  12. Oil-2 tea spoon
  13. Tomato sauce-2 tea spoon

Instructions

  1. Take 1 tea spoon oil in pan
  2. Heat the oil.
  3. Add chopped vegetables.
  4. Add salt , chat masala, chilli powder and mix it.
  5. Cook the vegetables for 5 minutes.
  6. Now turn off the gas
  7. Cut the sides of bread.
  8. Roll the breads using rolling pin.
  9. Now take cake pan. I used normal size.
  10. Grease it.
  11. Spread tomato sauce.
  12. Spread the layer of cooked vegetables.
  13. Now grated cheese.
  14. Now origano and chilli flakes.
  15. Repeat above process.
  16. In the last topping with cheese followed by sprinkle of origano and chilli flakes.
  17. Bake it at 200 degree for 15 minutes or till top colour turns brown in colour.
  18. Bread lasagna is ready . Serve hot.
