When it comes to feed healthy recipes to kids, they always have choices. Here I have made bread lasagna with the cooked vegetable matar paneer , as my kids don’t want to eat that. But in form of lasagna, the veggie was eaten up in no time.

Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. 4 bread slices
  2. 1/2 cup matar paneer
  3. 1/2 cup red sauce
  4. 1/2 cup mozzarella cheese
  5. 2 Cheese slices
  6. 1 tsp red chilli flakes
  7. 1 tsp Oregano

Instructions

  1. First cut the sides of the bread and roll them with a rolling pin.
  2. In a baking dish, spread some red sauce.
  3. Cut and make a layer of bread on this sauce.
  4. Spread some more red sauce, pieces of a cheese slice and shredded mozzarella cheese.
  5. Spread any veggie of your choice, I used matar paneer here.
  6. Line this with another layer of bread cut and made fit to the dish.
  7. Spread some red sauce, pieces of sliced cheese and mozzarella cheese.
  8. Sprinkle red chilli flakes and oregano powder.
  9. Bake in a preheated oven at 180 degree Celsius for 10-12 until the cheese starts melting.
  10. Serve hot.
