Sugar -1/2 cup
Flour-2 cup
Butter -2 cup
Milk -3 tsp
Baking powder-1 teaspoon
Vanilla extract-1 teaspoon
Egg -2
Handful of tutti fruti

Instructions

Preheat microwave in convection mode 200c for 10 min.
Sieve flour and baking powder together and keep aside.Mix butter, sugar, eggs and milk thoroughly.Beat well for 5 mins.
Add flour and baking powder.Mix and add essence.Blend again and pour the mixture into a large microwave safe bowl.Bake for 60 seconds in a 600W microwave.Cool, cut into wedges and serve.
