Soak moong dal in water for three to four hours.
Make a fine paste in a mixer, ( Don't add water) with out adding water & keep it aside.
Make a paste of chillies, chopped fresh ginger and jeera, and carom seeds & keep it aside
Then peel and grate carrots. Peel and cut onion into small pieces. Chop coriander leaves and Curry leaves.
Make a powder of cinnamon, cloves. Add this all to moong dal dough .
Add salt and one tsp corn flour and besan ( gramflour). Mix it well. Make pakodas .
Heat oil & fry pakodas. Serve hot pakodas with tea.
