Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. 1 cup moong dal soaked
  2. 2 tablespoon rice flour
  3. 1/2.cup curd
  4. 1 teaspoon ginger paste
  5. 1 teaspoon green chilly paste
  6. 1/2 teaspoon black pepper corn coarsely ground
  7. 1/2 teaspoon roasted cumin seeds powder
  8. 1 tablespoon fresh mint leaves
  9. 1/4 teaspoon fruit salt
  10. salt as per taste
  11. Oil for frying
  12. Ingredients for mint coriander chutney
  13. 1/2 cup fresh coriander
  14. 2 tablespoon mint leaves
  15. 1 tablespoon chopped green chilly
  16. 1 tablespoon peanuts
  17. 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  18. 1/2 teaspoon butter
  19. salt as per taste

Instructions

  1. 1) coarsely ground moongdal with curd in to mixer jar
  2. 2) Add rice flour in it.
  3. 3) add ginger paste
  4. 4) add garlic paste
  5. 5) add black pepper corn coarsely ground
  6. 6) add roasted cumin seeds powder
  7. 7) add fruit salt
  8. 8)add Salt as per taste
  9. 9) Beat it nicely
  10. 10).add chopped mint leaves
  11. 11) heat the oil on medium flame
  12. 12) prepare round pakoda and deep fry into oil
  13. 13) serve it with mint coriander chutney
  14. 14) garnish with mint leaves

  16. Take a mixer jar
  17. 1) add fresh coriander
  18. 2) Add fresh mint leaves
  19. 3) add peanuts
  20. 4) add garlic cloves
  21. 5) add lemon juice
  22. 6) add chopped greenchilly
  23. 7) add butter
  24. 8).add Salt as per taste
  25. Churn all the ingredients nicely add serve it with moong dal pakoda
