Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Mung dal (chilkae vala) 1 cup
  2. Mung dal (bina chilke vala) 1/4 cup
  3. Urad dal less then 1/4 cup
  4. Water as required
  5. Green chilly 4
  6. Corriander leaves 2 tsp
  7. Curry leaves 10-12
  8. Salt to taste
  9. Oil for frying and 2 tsp extra

Instructions

  1. Wash and soak mung dal amd urad dal for 2 hours
  2. Add mung and urad dal in mixy pot add curry leaves, green chilly and corriander leaves and grind it.
  3. Now add 2 tsp oil in it and mix it well
  4. Take a kadhai add oil and let it heat now with the help of spoon or by hands make bada.
  5. Deep fry till golden brown in colour
  6. Ready to serve, serve it hot with green chutney
