Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Mung yellow dal 200 gram
  2. 100 gram paneer
  3. 50 gram frozen peas
  4. 1 boiled potato
  5. coriander leaves [handful]
  6. 1/2 teaspoon cumin seeds
  7. turmeric powder - 1/2 tsp
  8. Dry mango powder - 1/2 tsp
  9. red chilly powder - 1tsp
  10. salt
  11. Oil

Instructions

  1. First of all soak moong dal for 2 hours
  2. Then grind it into a fine paste.
  3. 3 or 4 green chilly finely chopped, add into dal paste
  4. Add 3/4 teaspoon salt
  5. Heat a pan with little oil.
  6. Add mashed potato, peas and finely chopped paneer.
  7. Add salt, red chilly powder ,turmeric ,dry mango powder, and garam masala powder as per taste.
  8. Mix well and the stuffing is ready.
  9. Now heat a grill pan or nonstick tawa and put 1 tbsp of the moong dal batter and spread thinly as a dosa.
  10. Add little oil on the sides.
  11. Now put about 2 tsp of the mixture in the center, and fold the dosa like pockets.
  12. It is ready to be served.
  13. Enjoy with , coconut chutney or coriander chutney or with sauce.
