An easy recipe, made with easily available things at home

First of all soak moong dal for 2 hours
Then grind it into a fine paste.
3 or 4 green chilly finely chopped, add into dal paste
Add 3/4 teaspoon salt
Heat a pan with little oil.
Add mashed potato, peas and finely chopped paneer.
Add salt, red chilly powder ,turmeric ,dry mango powder, and garam masala powder as per taste.
Mix well and the stuffing is ready.
Now heat a grill pan or nonstick tawa and put 1 tbsp of the moong dal batter and spread thinly as a dosa.
Add little oil on the sides.
Now put about 2 tsp of the mixture in the center, and fold the dosa like pockets.
It is ready to be served.
Enjoy with , coconut chutney or coriander chutney or with sauce.
