Ingredients Serving: 10

  1. 11/2 cup all purpose flour
  2. Salt to taste
  3. Peas 1 cup
  4. Ginger garlic crushed 2 tsp
  5. Red chilli powder 2 tsp
  6. Turmeric powder 1/2 tsp
  7. Coriander powder 1 tsp
  8. Garam masala 1 tsp
  9. Chaat masala 1 tsp
  10. Amchoor powder 1 tsp
  11. Oil for frying

Instructions

  1. Boil peas in water till little soft
  2. Now crush them little
  3. Prepare a hard dough of all purpose flour add little oil for moin and salt in it
  4. Heat oil add ginger garlic paste saute a little
  5. Add peas and all spices and salt
  6. Saute it till it gets out and cooked
  7. Prepare kachodis of all purpose flour by making puris
  8. These kachodis are ready for frying
  9. Kachodis are fried in hot oil
  10. Ready to be served
