It is very healthy and nutritional receipe. It includes oats and dal which provides you the protein and fibre. A snack that can be enjoyed without guilt.

Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Dhuli masoor dal 1/2 cup soaked overnight
  2. Dhuli moong dal 1/2 cup soaked overnight
  3. Dhuli urad dal 1/4 cup soaked overnight
  4. Salt to taste
  5. Green chillies 2
  6. Ginger 2 tablespoon chopped
  7. Cumin seeds 2 teaspoon
  8. Oats 1 cup
  9. Oil for pan frying

Instructions

  1. Put all the dals and all ingredients except oats and oil in mixer. And make a fine paste.
  2. Add oats to make a thick consistency. Your dough is ready and make cutlets and fry on a hot pan. Brush the pan with oil.
  3. Cook till crispy from both sides. Or you can deep fry also. Make all cutlets in the same way.
  4. Your cutlets are ready and serve with chutney and salad.
