Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. Cooked rice 1 cup
  2. Lemon 1 nd half
  3. Red chilli 1
  4. Mustard and urad dal 1 tsp
  5. Cashew 8-9
  6. Curry leaves 1 string

Instructions

  1. In pan heat oil add mustard urad dal,Curry leaves and red chilli,fry for 2 min.turn off the flame
  2. After add turmeric powder,lemon juice without seeds,salt,little amount of water.turn on.and boil for 2 min.add rice.fried cashew.cook for 5-10 min.
  3. Yummy lemon rice is ready
