Ingredients Serving: 5

  1. Rajma 1 cup
  2. Ginger &Garlic paste 3 tbsp
  3. Red chilli powder 1tbsp
  4. Turmeric 1/4tbsp
  5. Rajma masala 2 tbsp
  6. Green chilli 2
  7. Desi ghee 7 tbsp
  8. Hing 1pinch
  9. Tomato 3
  10. Onion 2
  11. Lemon 1
  12. Salt to taste.
  13. Corriender for garnish

Instructions

  1. Soak rajma overnight
  2. Boil till 5 whistle
  3. Make a gravy for this add ghee in pan add hing ,onion &green chilli
  4. Add TOMATO (all finely chopped)
  5. Saute 4 minutes in medium flame
  6. Add 1 glass of water
  7. Add spices &paste .cook 2 minutes in medium flame
  8. Add boiled rajma .cook 7 minutes in medium flame
  9. Garnish it .add lemon juice
