Ingredients Serving: 3

  1. 4 boiled potatoes
  2. 1 tbsp oil
  3. 1 tbsp cumin seeds
  4. 1 tsp turmeric powder
  5. 1 tsp coriander powder
  6. 1 tsp red chilli powder
  7. 1 tsp dry mango powder or amchoor powder

Instructions

  1. Peel and chop the potatoes into cubes.
  2. Hear oil in a wok and add cumin seeds.
  3. Add potatoes when the seeds crackle and sauté for 1-2 mins.
  4. Add salt , turmeric powder , coriander powder and red chilli powder and mix well.
  5. Add dry mango powder and switch off the gas.
  6. Serve hot with roti or parantha.
