Ingredients Serving: 4
Kabuli chana half kg
onion paste one cup
tomato paste to cups
Ginger garlic paste 1 teaspoon
Chhole masala 2 teaspoon
Turmeric powder half teaspoon
Red Chilli Powder 1/2 teaspoon
Oil one tablespoon
Salt to taste
For jeera aloo
vertically Chopped potatoes 2-4
Oil 1 tablespoon
Jeera 1 teaspoon
Cursed garlic 1 teaspoon
Turmeric powder half teaspoon
Red chilli powder half teaspoon
Salt to taste
for Aamras
sweet mangoes 4
For puri
whole wheat flour 4 cups
water approximately 2 cups
oil approximately 250 ml
Salt to taste
Instructions
first of all wash and soak Kabuli chana in sufficient water for 5-6 hours
add some salt to soaked chana and pressure cook for three to four whistles
In a heavy bottom pan, 1 tablespoon of oil and add ginger garlic paste and onion paste . Saute for some time .
Now, add tomato paste turmeric powder and red chilli powder to it
now add Chole masala to it and saute' till nice aroma comes
now add boiled Kabuli chana to Masala and mix well
adjust salt and add some water to adjust consistency
cook covered for next 5 minutes and spicy Chhole masala is ready
For Aamras, wash mangoes
Squeeze out all pulp and churn it with hand blender and Aamras is ready
heat 1 tablespoon of oil in a pan and crackle jeera
add crushed garlic, turmeric powder and red chilli powder
immediately add chopped potatoes and adjust salt
cook covered for next 5 minutes and Chrisp jeera aloo is ready to serve
for poori, take whole wheat flour in a mixing bowl, salt to taste and add water mix well and prepare a soft dough . Keep it covered for some time . Knead it again prepare small balls
hate sufficient oil in a day.
roll out small puries and deep fry in hot oil till done . Fry from both sides
Puries are ready to serve with Chhole, jeera aloo and Aamras
serve hot immediately with lots and lots of love to your kid and enjoy endlessly
