ABOUT Aamras Puri RECIPE

A dish with a healthy twist, stuffed with black chana salad.

Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. 12 pieces of - Puri (Golguppa)
  2. 1 - Onion, finely chopped
  3. 1/2 - Cucumber, finely chopped
  4. 3 tbsp - Raw mango, finely chopped
  5. 1/2 Cup - Boiled black chana
  6. 1 Cup - aamras ( ripe mango pulp)
  7. Salt to taste
  8. 1 tbsp - Chaat masala
  9. 1/2 tbs - Black pepper powder
  10. Coriander leaves - for garnish
  11. Sev for garishing
  12. 1/2 - Boiled aloo, finely chopped

Instructions

  1. Mix all ingredients of filling in mixing bowl.
  2. Take puri and make a hole in the center.
  3. Stuff it with the filling.
  4. Spoon some aamras on the stuffed puri. Sprinkle some sev and serve.
