Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. Cooked rice 2 cups
  2. Grated carrot 1
  3. Onion 2
  4. Soya sauce 1 tsp
  5. Tomato sauce 2 tsp
  6. Cooked chicken 1 cup
  7. Chopped Cabbage 1/4
  8. Spring onions 1/4 cup
  9. Egg 2
  10. Green Beans 6-7
  11. Green chilli powder 1 tsp
  12. Curry masala 1 tsp
  13. Salt as required
  14. Oil as required

Instructions

  1. In pan heat oil add onion,carrot,cabbage,beans,spring onion mix well.fry for 20-30 min.after add chilli powder,tomato sauce,soya sauce.
  2. Mix well.cook for 5-10 min.now add cooked chicken pieces.mix well.wait for 10-15 min.
  3. In another pan heat oil add beaten eggs.add pepper jeera powder mix well.cook for 10 min.after cooked.keep it aside.
  4. Now In chicken mixture add egg fry.mix well.
  5. Add salt to taste
  6. Now add cooked rice mix well.add little tomato sauce.cook for 5-10 min.
  7. Spicy fried rice is ready to taste.
