This is a delicious breakfast , made with roasted semiya. Quick, easy and very filling breakfast.

Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. Semiya 1 cup
  2. Onion 1
  3. Tomato 1
  4. Ginger garlic paste 2 tsp
  5. Salt as required
  6. Oil as required
  7. Chilli powder 2 tsp
  8. Garam masala 1 tsp
  9. Curd 2 tsp
  10. Water 1 and half cup

Instructions

  1. Dry roast the semiya for 10 min .and set aside.
  2. In pan heat oil add chopped onion,saute it well.after add ginger garlic paste.wait for 2 min.
  3. Now add tomato,salt,chilli powder.mix well.add curd.cook for 5-7 min.after add water and Garam masala
  4. Let it boil for 4 min.now add roasted semiya stir well.close it and cook for 10-15 min.spicy masala Semiya is ready to taste
