Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. potatoes 500 gms cut into cubes
  2. onions 1 cut roughly
  3. poppy seeds 150 gms
  4. green chillies 6
  5. mustard oil 2 tspn
  6. turmeric pwdr 1 tspn
  7. slited green chillies 2/3
  8. salt

Instructions

  1. put the potatoes in water,wash them
  2. grind the poppy seeds with green chillies
  3. put in a bowl, fill this with water,add salt and tturmeric powder to this
  4. boiled the potatoes for 5 min with cover
  5. remove from flame,keep the cover
  6. add oil to the pan &heat it
  7. add onions to it,stir fry this
  8. add poppy seeds paste to this,
  9. strain the water & add the potatoes into the pan
  10. wash the blender pot with little water and pour this water into the pan
  11. adjust seasonings,
  12. give a nice stir,cook for 2 min
  13. remove from flame,add slited green chillies over it & keep under cover for 5 min, so the aroma will infuse to each ingredients
